Abstract:

Using a combination of medications (salicylic acid ointment 5% 3 gm, clobetasol propionate ointment 30 gm, 5 ml of liquid paraffin and vaseline lotions) topically applied for 10-15 days once daily was the aim of the cross-sectional study. From January 2021 to November 2024, 97 patients with contact dermatitis, identified by dermatologists as being between the ages of 5 and 44 (56 women and 41 men), were investigated at Salahudeen General Hospital in Tikrit City. When treating contact dermatitis in people of all ages, this combination of drugs is very effective.
The purpose of this study was to show how contact dermatitis can be effectively treated by applying a combination of drugs and lotions topically once daily for ten to fifteen days.
